Chennai 36, or C36 as it is fondly called, is the writing arm of IAR Council’s Branding Cell. We aim to connect the various stakeholders groups like current students, alumni, etc through the medium of writing. The main goal of Chennai36 is to highlight the accomplishments, experiences, and stories of IIT Madras students and alumni, while engaging with the faculty and fostering dialogues for showcasing the research and innovation in the institute. The blog focuses on a variety of topics, such as research endeavours, entrepreneurial ventures, extracurricular activities, and interviews with eminent alumni. It provides an avenue for recognising the successes and efforts of the IIT Madras community while also educating and motivating its audience.
The blog is run by the Chennai36 team which is a part of the International and Alumni Relations Student Council of IIT Madras.
